Role Overview: Responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in providing high-quality care within an assigned unit, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee nursing operations and patient care for the unit.
- Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, values, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
- Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
