Responsibilities:
Lead by Example: Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
Patient-Centered Care: Ensure that all patients receive individualized care plans, tailored to their unique needs and goals, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices, protocols, and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
Operational Efficiency: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and supplies, to optimize patient flow and minimize downtime.
Staff Development: Identify training needs and design targeted coaching and education programs to enhance team performance and proficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Unit Manager or similar role
Certifications: Current RN license with the State of Alabama and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
