Unit Manager RN Needed with Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities!
Typical Schedule: Day shifts; Monday - Friday (rotational weekend on-call requirement)

Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction to the clinical team assigned to the unit.
- Make rounds with physicians, as necessary.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical tea.m
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Other notable projects and duties, as assigned.
To join this team, please have the following requirements:
- Primary Series of COVID Vaccination Required
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Rhode Island.
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required;
- Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center.
Range: $79,000 - $114,400.00 per year
