What You’ll Do
- Assist with the overall management of the nursing department
- Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures
- Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
- Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff
What You Bring
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents
