Unit Manager (RN or LPN)
Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. We are looking for a compassionate, organized nursing professional who can lead staff while ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff
- Complete nursing assessments and documentation
- Investigate resident incidents and update care plans
- Conduct wound rounds and provide wound care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Promote quality care, teamwork, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license required
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Salary:
- RN: $100,000-$106,000 per year (DOE)
- LPN: $91,000-$95,000 per year (DOE)
