Unit Manager/Director - RN

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead, coordinate, and oversee nursing and patient/resident care within an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
