We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unit Nurse Manager to join our team in providing high-quality care for residents in our long-term care facility. This role is perfect for an Unit Nurse Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and enjoys a rewarding work environment with a strong team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
• Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
• Provide support and guidance to residents and families
• Document care activities accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications:

• Active & good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
