Responsibilities
- Coordinate the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up.
- Ensure all resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines.
- Identify and initiate processes and quality improvements for the facility.
- Collaborate directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services (DON), and nursing personnel.
- Supervise assigned nursing and clinical staff.
Qualifications
- Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Must have current and valid RN or LPN Nursing License.
