- Develop and maintain nursing service objectives, standards of nursing practice, and the nursing policies and procedures manual to provide the most appropriate and comprehensive care to each guest in the Transitional Care Unit
- Provide orientation, training, and in-services
- Supervise CNA/Nurse Staff
