Formal Education
- University Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or related fields
Working Experience
- 5+ years industrial experience in Chemical Process
Required Personal/ Professional Skills
- Must have capability to handle a large work volume and develop a wide breadth of knowledge tooperateeffectively in all areas ofresponsibility
- Knowledge of management systems, SHE Processes and Procedures, and PSM Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Management style must include values driven leadership, cultural sensitive, business acumen, team focused, networking and relation building ability, and balanced conceptual and practical
- Some travel may be required
