Responsibilities

• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes

• Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Develop and manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental performance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
