Guiding drilling units from initial design through production, the remote Unit Development Analyst will focus on protecting leasehold, mitigating development risk, and ensuring compliance with lease requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Review unit boundaries, acreage, ownership, and well layouts for accuracy and compliance Analyze lease terms to identify pooling restrictions, expirations, and other development constraints Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for lease, title, and ownership issues Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry Associate's degree or equivalent years of industry experience required; bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of oil and gas land, leasing, title, ownership, and unit development concepts Experience with land-management, mapping, or data-analysis systems Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
