The AFL-CIO Legal Department offers a one-year fellowship beginning September 2027 for recent law school graduates to work with union-side lawyers on a wide variety of issues.
Fellows will assist lawyers on cases before the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeals, and regulatory matters, with opportunities to attend meetings and oral arguments, participate in ULA activities, and engage with national labor lawyers and students. Salary and benefits are provided.
