To support the growing Subrogation team, the full-time Uninsured Motorist Specialist will negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with uninsured motorists while working either remotely or on a hybrid schedule at the Bloomington, IL headquarters. Key responsibilities Negotiating payment plans, settlements, and account resolutions Communicating with claimants, insured parties, attorneys, adjusters, and other stakeholders Investigating claims and evaluating recovery opportunities Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Professional, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity
