Job Description
We are looking for a proven Sales Manager who has successfully led a small team. Should have 8+ years in the uniform/workwear apparel industry. Ensure sales teams set programs up for success with clear timelines, scopes and communication. Responsible for nurturing current business as well as new business development. Will lead, coach and support a high-performance sales team focused on uniform and apparel programs. Strong understanding of B2B uniform programs, including customization, sizing, fulfillment and multi-location rollouts. Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. 50-60% travel. Will work closely across all departments to ensure seamless on boarding and execution of uniform programs. Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies to grow uniform program revenue across new and existing clients. Remote position.
