Unified Communications Team LeadResponsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking Unified Communications Team Lead to join our team supporting the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Arlington, VA. Unified Communication services include online collaboration as well as voice communication and video systems. In general, these areas can be grouped into four main services: voice telephony, video conferencing, audio conferencing, and collaboration.

You will oversee a team of agents and supervisors. You will be a member of technical team where excellent customer service and professional expertise are required.Required QualificationsTen plus years of relevant experience.Leadership and work assignmentExcellent communication and teamwork skills.CertificationITIL v3 Foundation CertifiedEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.ClearanceAbility to receive a Public Trust clearanceResponsibilitiesResponsible to ensure adherence to and performance all cross-functional services requirements relevant to the unified communications services and other areas; telephony, video conferencing and collaboration.Oversee team leads of each communications areas; telephony; video conferencing; and collaboration and their activities which include:Configure and maintain all software, equipment and facilities infrastructure necessary for the normal operations of the UCMT.Construct the UCMT database such that all FDIC data will be logically separated to allow access only by those individuals who are providing to FDIC support with respect to unified communications cis.Provide only FDIC service delivery designees access to the UCMTs.Oversee preventive maintenance on devices used by FDIC in connection with its unified communications ("unified communication devices") based on manufacturer guidelines and specifications, to prevent, avoid and reduce future incidents.Assist FDIC with the unified communication environment and related network design and technologies.Work EnvironmentArlington, VAType of environment: variesNoise level: lowWork schedule: schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.Amount of travel: less than 10%Work Authorization/Security ClearanceU.S.
