To modernize enterprise communications, the full-time Unified Communications Engineer will design, deploy, and optimize cloud communications platforms while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer and employee experiences in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Administer and optimize enterprise UCaaS platforms, including user provisioning and lifecycle management Design and maintain call architecture and contact center technologies to improve service levels and customer experience Integrate UCaaS platforms with enterprise applications and support automation initiatives for operational efficiency Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in administering Unified Communications or cloud communications environments Hands-on experience with platforms such as Dialpad, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Phone Strong understanding of call routing, IVRs, and enterprise voice architecture Experience integrating communications platforms with Salesforce or Microsoft 365 Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and voice quality optimization
