Owning the cloud communications ecosystem, the full-time Unified Communications Engineer will design, deploy, and optimize UCaaS platforms while supporting contact center operations in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Administer and optimize enterprise UCaaS platforms including Dialpad, RingCentral, and Microsoft Teams Phone Design and maintain enterprise call flows, IVRs, and routing strategies to enhance customer experience Integrate UCaaS platforms with Salesforce and other enterprise applications to improve operational efficiency Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications or cloud communications environments Hands-on experience with platforms such as Dialpad, RingCentral, or Zoom Phone Strong understanding of call routing, IVRs, and enterprise voice architecture Experience integrating communications platforms with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including QoS and bandwidth planning
