Unified Communications EngineerWe have an exciting opportunity for a Unified Communications Engineer to join our team of experts and be involved in the rare opportunity to implement a new datacenter supporting all of United Wholesale Mortgage's operations. You will ensure the stable operation of our enterprise Cisco Unified Communications systems using a Plan, Build, Operate model.What You Will Be DoingAdministration of Cisco Voice Applications and third party toolsMonitor communication server clusters to ensure peak performanceTroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system outages and trouble ticketsProvide capacity, performance, uptime and security reportingMaintain up-to-date documentation of system design, operation and procedure manualsAssist with project implementations and other tasksParticipate in rotating on-call escalation coverage or emergency responseProvide in-person training and support to team membersMentor other telecom team membersWhat We Need From YouMust-Have:3+ years of experience in the administration of Cisco Unified Communication systems, specifically:Cisco Unified Communications ManagerCisco Unity ConnectionCisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE)CUBE/Gateway troubleshooting experienceExperience supporting call recording applicationsVendor Relationship ManagementAbility to communicate effectively with leadership, team members and clientsExperience working in ticketing systems (ServiceNow)Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with ability to multitask and adapt, positive attitude and willingness to learnOnsite, full-time attendanceNice-To-Have:Computer-related degree or equivalent experience, or CCNP CollaborationExperience with VMware serverse911 experienceExperience with scripting/APIExperience with Cisco Expressway/MRA, and Cisco Emergency ResponderExperience working with IT frameworks (Agile, ITIL)Cisco IM&PresenceThe Place & The PerksReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
