Undisclosed California Congressional Campaign: Campaign Manager

Campaign ManagerA Bay Area congressional campaign is seeking a Campaign Manager for the 2026 election cycle to manage the campaign staff and consultants through a competitive primary and general election. The campaign manager will work alongside a General Consultant and should be creative, organized, and a team player. This position is based in the Bay Area.

Ideal candidates will have reliable access to a car and familiarity with California politics.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the campaign, including directing a team of consultants and staff, and working with the General Consultant to manage the campaign budget.Work with the candidate's official side staff to establish the candidate's daily priorities and coordinate the candidate's schedule.Staff the candidate during meetings, events, interviews, and travel as necessary.Build a strong, trusting relationship with the candidate, consultant team, and other advisors to ensure seamless communication among the campaign's stakeholders.Foster a team culture of inclusivity, collaboration, teamwork, and positivity.QualificationsAt least three (3) years of experience in political campaigns, including at least one cycle as a campaign manager or in a leadership position.Demonstrated experience managing candidates, staff, and consultants.Strong work ethic and willingness to work weekends and long hours in a fast-paced campaign environment.Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, Google Sheets, NGP, ActBlue, and PDI.CompensationSalary starts at $7,000-$8,500 per month and is commensurate with experience.Health insurance stipend up to $400, if needed.
