Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage the operational activities of Home Equity underwriting teams Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations Review and recommend operational systems and procedures, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Typically eight to ten years of relevant experience Considerable knowledge of Mortgage Operations functions and systems In-depth understanding of applicable laws and regulations Strong managerial and leadership skills
