Leading a production and underwriting team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Underwriter will underwrite new and renewal business, approve policy changes, and maintain client relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Underwrite new and renewal business while meeting production goals set by management Supervise team communications and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and market program products and services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation Five years of experience as an active Underwriter or seven years in the insurance industry Current licensing in relevant areas of insurance Strong understanding of commercial multi-line underwriting and risk profiles Proficiency in company automation tools, including Windows and relevant software
