About the Role
Insight Global is looking for an Underground Utilities Supervisor to support an AEC client in Chantilly, Virginia.
Day to day- Overseeing anywhere from 5-20 people on a day to day. Will be out on the job sites. Company vehicle. For contract. Planning ahead so crews don’t have slow downs. Coming into office in the mornings, meeting with PMs, Creating a plan and then meeting crews out on job sites. Managing quality and costumer specifications while on site with teams. Creating weekly plans and schedules for their crew. 1-3 sites a day starting with 1.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising underground telecom projects
- Graduate with a construction management or construction science degree
Required Skills
- A working understanding of contracting and accounting practices
- Demonstrated ability to keep crews on schedule
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively
Pay range and compensation package
- Hourly Pay: $25-$57/hr
- Job Type: 6-month long contract to permanent hire position
- Schedule: 7:00AM-4:00/5:00PM EST
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
