We're hiring an experienced Underground Sewer/Water Foreman in the Indianapolis area to lead crews installing storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main systems. This year-round position pays $45.00–$50.00/hr. and includes excellent benefits such as paid health insurance, matching 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, two weeks of paid time off during the Christmas/New Year holiday season, life insurance, a year-end bonus, company phone, and take-home work truck. Candidates should have at least 5 years of underground utility construction experience, leadership experience, the ability to read blueprints and grades, and a valid driver's license. No weekend work required.

Underground Sewer/Water Foreman Details:

• Direct hire position
• $ 45.00 to $ 50.00 / hour
• Full time work available
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Lead sewer and water utility crews
• Install underground utility systems
• Coordinate daily jobsite operations
• Ensure safe, quality workmanship
• Track project progress and reports
• Maintain schedules and productivity

Underground Sewer/Water Foreman Qualifications:

• 5+ years of underground utility experience
• Previous crew leadership experience
• Ability to read blueprints and grades
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Safety-focused mindset and work ethic

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
