Visionary Communications is seeking an Underground Fiber Construction Operator to build and maintain underground fiber networks serving rural and underserved communities. In this field-based role, you will safely operate excavators, trenchers, and directional drills; install conduit and fiber; and restore job sites to standards. You’ll read construction plans, locate existing utilities, and follow traffic-control and safety procedures.
Collaborating closely with field and network teams, you’ll help deliver reliable broadband while documenting work, inspecting equipment, and supporting timely, high-quality builds.
