Onsite Part Time Community and Social Service Occupations
Job Description:
Join OLLU's Undergraduate Admissions team and help shape the next generation of Saints. As an Admissions Counselor, you'll own a territory of high schools and community colleges, from a student's first inquiry to their first day on campus. This is a full-cycle recruitment role with real ownership from day one, and a clear runway for someone looking to build a career in college admissions.
Performance Evaluation Metrics:
Territory Pipeline Health: Own your territory like an account manager owns their relationships ? keep prospect and applicant records current in Slate, and report on territory pipeline metrics weekly.
Application Volume & Conversion: Grow inquiries into applications and applications into admits across your territory, using data to identify where to focus your time and contributing to OLLU's overall enrollment goals each cycle.
Yield & Melt Prevention: Guide admitted students to enrollment through proactive outreach, using data-driven tools to identify students who may be at risk of melting, and stay connected with them through to their first day.
Recruitment Activity: Complete your assigned school visits, college fairs, and community events each fall and spring recruitment season.
Requirements:

  • Participate in all Lake Day Orientation (LDO) sessions, supporting students through the admitted-to-enrolled transition.
    Additional Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and relationships in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Slate CRM or demonstrated willingness to learn quickly.
