Full-time: Monday-Friday 8:30pm to 4:30am.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the property, entrances, exits, and common areas.
- Conduct routine security patrols and identify potential safety or security concerns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and security reports.
- Assist elderly residents with safety concerns.
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the community.
- Valid security license as required by state and local regulations.
- Previous security, residential, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct routine property patrols as required by the position.
