UM/UIM Adjuster - AL/GA/NC/SC

Working remotely, the UM/UIM Bodily Injury Adjuster - AL/GA/NC/SC will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Investigate UM/UIM claims involving automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process Utilize innovative platforms to negotiate settlements and ensure fair outcomes for all parties involved Required qualifications Experience handling UM/UIM claims, particularly in a represented or litigation context Strong understanding of automobile insurance coverage and liability assessment Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency in using digital communication tools for customer and attorney interactions Residency in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
