Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound examinations, including arterial, venous, cerebrovascular, and abdominal vascular studies.
- Utilize Doppler and duplex ultrasound equipment to evaluate blood flow and detect abnormalities.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to review findings and provide accurate diagnostic information.
- Ensure proper documentation of test results and maintain patient records in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and position patients for vascular studies while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Vascular Technology
- Minimum (2-3) years of experience in vascular ultrasound
