Job Title: Ultrasound Tech - General • Contract Location: In-Office | Newberg, OR, United States • Pay: $2493 / day

Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound exams with patient preparation and safety protocols.
  • Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
  • Document findings clearly and accurately in patient records.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure calibration and infection control standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and determine next steps.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to supervisors using defined pipelines.
  • Proactively seek merit-based opportunities and take ownership of personal targets.
  • Manage daily workflow to meet targets and maximize throughput.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning through professional development activities.
  • Adhere to contract terms and on-site work schedule, with reliable attendance.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
  • Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Certification as an ultrasound technologist (ARDMS or equivalent).
  • Experience performing general ultrasound exams with patient preparation and safety protocols.
  • HIPAA privacy and confidentiality knowledge and compliant handling of records.
  • Accurate documentation of findings in patient records and reporting to physicians.
  • Proactive equipment maintenance, calibration, and infection control standards.
  • Ability to collaborate with physicians and interpret results for next steps.
  • Strong communication to update supervisors via defined pipelines and dashboards.
