UKG System AnalystDowntown Dallas – Fully onsite 5 days per weekResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and optimize HRIS and ATS platforms (such as iCIMS, UKG, Workday) to meet business requirements and enhance user experienceManage system updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsDevelop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and training materialsAnalyze current business processes and recommend improvements through system optimization and automationPartner with HR and recruiting teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectivenessProvide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS and ATS platformsDesign and generate custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-makingManage user access, security protocols, and compliance requirementsCoordinate with vendors for system support, upgrades, and issue resolutionCollaborate with IT teams to ensure proper system integration and data flow between platformsMonitor system performance and maintain system controls and data integrityProvide training and support to end users on system functionality and updatesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.5+ years of experience administering HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG, iCIMS, or Workday)Must have at least 2 years of experience administering UKGMust have experience with iCIMSExperience with system integration and API connectivityNice to have/preferredHRIS certifications (such as iCIMS, UKG Pro, Workday, or related certifications)Experience with SQL and database concepts
