Must Haves:
- 8-9 years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience with UKG application, specifically workforce dimensions - creating approval processes, upload rules/policies/procedures, integrations, creating TS rules
- Focus on timekeeping, approvals, absences, accrual processes
- Ideal candidate will be extremely good with UKG and experience with integration Success Factors.
About the role:
Working on project build out of UKG foundations for new entity in Success Factors. Work with Success Factors to build modules/structure.

- Workforce Dimensions Accruals
- Workforce Dimensions Absence
- Workforce Dimensions Analytics
- Dell Boomi Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform
- Workforce Dimensions Outlook Plugin
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing UKG modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Knowledge of how UKG Workforce Dimensions integrate with other applications like. Integration knowledge with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Experience working in any modules of SAP/S4 HCM/SuccessFactors is desirable.
