Job Title: UKG QA
Location: Remote (Washington, DC – Onsite once per quarter)
Contract: 12 Months Contract with Possible extension
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidates must be based in the EST or CST time zones.
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with UKG ProWFM, particularly Timekeeper, Accrual, and Activities.
- 5+ years of experience working with JIRA.
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, and testing.
- Hands-on experience developing test plans, test cases, and conducting regression testing.
- Experience creating and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflows, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
- Experience with testing integrations involving systems such as SAP and Maximo.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CBAP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with UKG ProWFM, Telestaff, or Workforce Central.
