Building a contractor bench of experienced professionals, the part-time UKG Pro Payroll Consultant will support clients through UKG Pro implementations, focusing on the Payroll module, while working remotely in the US, Canada, or the Philippines. Key responsibilities Serve as a consultant for clients during UKG Pro implementations, managing the full implementation lifecycle Translate business requirements into documentation, project plans, and system solutions while supporting data migration activities Lead client meetings and training sessions, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with full-cycle HR/payroll system implementations, specifically in UKG Pro Payroll Experience in a professional services or consulting environment UKG Pro certification is strongly preferred Strong technical skills, including SQL queries and basic scripting Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment and manage multiple client deliverables
