Proactive and people-focused, the full-time remote UK HR Advisor will manage daily HR operations, provide practical HR advice to employees and managers, and support the delivery of HR strategies that align with business objectives across the UK and Europe. Key responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries, managing the HR inbox and overseeing the employee lifecycle Build trusted relationships with managers, independently managing employee relations cases and providing guidance on people matters Support the delivery of HR initiatives and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies Required qualifications At least 3+ years of proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices CIPD Qualified, Level 3 (preferred) or actively pursuing the qualification Confident using HR platforms like Rippling, with a focus on data integrity and HR reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools essential to modern HR operations
