UK Finance Operations Manager

Seeking a qualified accountant, the full-time UK Finance Operations Manager will oversee Impact Ops' internal financial and operational functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance, in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Manage bookkeeping, month-end close, and preparation of annual accounts Run end-to-end monthly payroll, including RTI submissions and pension auto-enrolment Draft and manage client Service Level Agreements and employment contracts Required qualifications Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience Experience in accounting support for a small business or similar role in a larger company UK payroll experience or the ability to manage it with support Strong judgement regarding confidentiality and discretion Ability to work independently in a remote setting and set priorities effectively
