Make Manufacturing Project Role
This role is working on our MAKE Manufacturing project, which is our effort to modernize our technology and improve the associate experience across 32 plans.
The role would involve on-site user research, service blueprinting & journey mapping, usability testing and heuristic evaluation. It will be light on UI design and prototyping as we are working with a third-party software vendor.
- User research
- Heuristic evaluations and recommendations within the third party software.
- Usability testing planning and execution.
- Working in agile environment.
- Inform and influence organizational change efforts.
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, Scrum, Quality and third party vendor company.
