UiPath Functional Business Analyst

UiPath Functional Business AnalystCoSourcing Partners is seeking a UiPath Functional Business Analyst to support intelligent automation initiatives across enterprise and public-sector–adjacent environments. This role focuses on business process analysis, requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, and automation opportunity identification, serving as the bridge between business users and UiPath technical delivery teams.The ideal candidate brings a strong functional BA background, understands how to translate operational workflows into automation-ready requirements, and can guide stakeholders through automation adoption.

Experience working with government, public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead process discovery workshops to identify automation opportunities across business functionsDocument current-state and future-state workflows, business rules, and exception handlingIdentify automation candidates aligned to value, feasibility, and compliance considerationsPartner with stakeholders to define automation success criteria and KPIsAuthor Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, and Process Design Documents (PDDs)Translate business needs into clear, testable automation requirements for UiPath developersDefine acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and executionMaintain requirements traceability throughout the automation lifecycleAct as the functional liaison between business users, automation architects, and developersSupport sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization in Agile delivery environmentsFacilitate change management, training, and user adoption for automated solutionsEnsure solutions align with organizational policies, controls, and compliance standardsSupport automation initiatives in regulated or public-sector environments (state, local, federal, healthcare, utilities, financial services)Ensure documentation and delivery align with audit, security, and compliance requirementsAssist with governance models, intake processes, and automation standardsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or process improvement initiativesHands-on experience supporting UiPath automation programs (functional role)Strong background in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitationExperience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex operational processes into automation-ready requirementsPreferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience supporting public sector, government, healthcare, utilities, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator concepts, or RPA lifecycle (functional understanding)Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)Experience supporting UAT, change management, and training for automation deploymentsWhy CoSourcing PartnersWork on high-impact automation initiatives across enterprise and public-sector–adjacent clientsCollaborate with experienced UiPath Solution Architects and delivery teamsLeverage POLARIS-AI™, our agentic talent and delivery platformFlexible engagement models (contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire depending on role)
