Must have an eye for clean and functional design, possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and user interfaces.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Business Analysts to define innovative solutions for the product owners and developersCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasPresent and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholdersConduct user research and evaluate user feedbackEstablish and promote design and usability guidelines, best practices and standardsEstablish a design process that fits within the Agile/Scrum development process for an expanding teamQualifications-3+ years of UI or UX experienceA portfolio that shows a strong knowledge of UI/UX designSolid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site mapsProficiency in Balsamiq Mockup, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing toolsProficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping, a plus.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologiesBS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or relatedExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, a plus.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
