UI/UX Visual Designer/Developer
Idealforce have a Contract position available immediately for a UI Developer /.NET Developer to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description
UI/UX Visual Designer/Developer will create amazing user experiences. Must have an eye for clean and functional design, possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Analysts to define innovative solutions for the product owners and developers
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design and usability guidelines, best practices and standards
- Establish a design process that fits within the Agile/Scrum development process for an expanding team
Qualifications
-3+ years of UI or UX experience
A portfolio that shows a strong knowledge of UI/UX design
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Balsamiq Mockup, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping, a plus.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, a plus.
