nNightwing is seeking a software developer to provide UI/UX capabilities for software development.
nIn this role, you will be responsible for creating user friendly designs that enhance usability and optimize the overall user experience. You will translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling, and highly-functional digital experiences. Your goal will be to ensure each application maintains its unique identity while providing a sense of familiarity across our organization
nWhat You Will Get to Do:
nCreate user friendly designs that enhance usability and optimize the overall user experiences, identify design challenges and propose elegant, effective solutions.
nDevelop innovative approaches to complex design problems presenting you ideas through mockups, presentations and detailed design specifications.
nConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
nIterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements.
nCreate user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly.
nApply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, clarity and ease of use.
nDevelop high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or ADOBE XD.
nMaintain and evolve design specifications, component libraries and style guides.
nYou Will Bring these Qualifications:
nAbility to audit and validate how data is presented in the UI to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies, and consistency across dashboards.
nAbility to identify, develop, and implement UX improvements that streamline reporting and analytic workflows.
nStrong problem solving skills, with a focus on translating complex data and requirements into simple, usable interfaces.
nTS/SCI with Polygraph Required day 1
nSalary & Benefits
nThe salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
