Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in Product Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences while ensuring that product design principles are at the forefront of their work. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions that meet business goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring a user centered approach throughout the design process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and product design.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Expertise in user interface design and user experience principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross functional teams.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure user engagement and design effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product design.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a user centered design approach and showcases your design process.
