We are looking for a UI/UX Designer in Poland , ready to take the next step in their career. The project is a leading solution in the e-commerce world, active since 2006.

Make shopping on our e-commerce platform easier and more enjoyable with your design vision – help shape the experience for a huge marketplace that serves millions of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to define clear design requirements
  • Market Insights: Evaluate new product ideas for alignment with market needs and user preferences; stay updated on industry trends
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency and cohesive design approaches
  • Prototyping & Iteration: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes, testing and refining solutions based on feedback
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with development and product teams to balance user needs with business goals
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and recommendations, supporting feature implementation with product teams
  • Design System Support: Contribute to building and maintaining a design system for cohesive product experiences

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
  • Strong knowledge of Figma features such as auto layout , variables , and plugins , as well as emerging AI solutions
  • Experience working with wireframes , interactive prototypes , user flows , CJM , and IA
  • Experience with web and mobile applications is a must
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and user behavior
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Some experience in using AI-powered design tools to enhance and streamline the design process (such as UX Pilot , Lovable , V0 , Galileo , Diagram , and shadcn , etc)
  • Degree in IT or Design related field
  • Advanced level of English
