UI/UX Designer – Landing Pages | MaleMD | Remote (USA)

About the Role
MaleMD, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer men’s health telehealth company, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to own the design of landing pages, product pages, and campaign pages. This is a full-time execution role where your work will directly impact conversion rates and revenue.

You will design pages for paid traffic campaigns (Meta, Google, email), deliver clean Figma files for development, and iterate designs based on performance data. The role requires strong D2C landing page experience and a conversion-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, product pages, and campaign pages for paid traffic campaigns
• Redesign homepage and product pages as new treatments launch
• Create email templates for promotional, transactional, and abandoned cart sequences
• Support ad creative with static image assets
• Iterate designs based on CTR, CVR, and scroll data feedback

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years designing landing/marketing pages for D2C brands selling to US consumers
• Strong understanding of conversion principles (hierarchy, CTAs, trust signals, mobile-first design)
• Proficiency in Figma with clean developer handoff
• Ability to translate performance data into design decisions
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven
• Experience in men’s health, telehealth, or regulated D2C categories
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or landing page analytics tools
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer communication

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary/Pay: $90,000–$115,000 per year
• Remote role (USA)
