Ui Path DeveloperLocation: Tennessee - Remote OKW2 ContractJob SummaryProvide technical and automation consulting services to ITG and Business UnitsServe as technical leaders in client’s automation community of practiceConduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of information and process systemsEnsure automation implementation teams deliver robust system solutionsDevelop, enhance and maintain established service design procedures and processes to assure apt and robust solution and service designPartner with Enterprise Architecture with the automation team to assure constant compliance of strategic blueprints and architectureReview process assessments and understand applications of automation technology in different business domainsIdentify reusable components, manage configurable parameters, queues and robot schedulesDrive design best practices, troubleshoot design/code related issuesAnalyze business processes to suggest process improvements and automation solutions around themDevelop and maintain automation testing best practices and standards for enterprise useWorks directly with automation community to be a point of contact for architectural questions, solutioning, and reviewEstablish and support service management standards for automationExecutes against enterprise-wide, cross-functional automation initiativesDevelop automated tools / scripts for use across the enterpriseDrives the development / implementation of automation work productsThoroughly tests developed productsAdherence to all client standards and policiesEstablishes standards of scripts and work products developed so others can update / utilizePrepares specifications of a highly technical or complex natureAnalyzes user specifications and requirementsIdentifies opportunities for process improvementsDevelops best practices for software design, retention, documentation, and deployment strategies for automationWorks directly with service operations, product, and vendor teams to resolve, prevent, and eliminate customer technology issuesGathers and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements for in scope productsEstablishes and maintains solid business relationshipsActively owns and participates in lifecycle management of assigned applications and infrastructureMay provide afterhours/on-call support for applicationsHas the ability resolve simple to complex production support issuesPerforms other duties as assignedPractices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”Key ResponsibilitiesTo architect design and develop through team solution for product / sustenance deliveryTo train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigatedTo ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirementsTo gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
