The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, strong collaboration skills, and a customer-focused approach.Major Responsibility:Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform, adhering to best practices and coding standardsSupport existing automations including any enhancements or bug-fixes.Lead the development and deployment of UiPath robots, workflows, and automation processesConduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performanceProvide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT support staff to deliver successful automation projectsStay up to date on the latest UiPath features, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential for implementationParticipate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable solutionsWho you are:Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)UiPath Advanced Developer CertifiedProven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the UiPath platformProven experience with any of the following UiPath modules:Document UnderstandingProcess Mining / Task MiningTest Suite/ManagerGenAISolid understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts, principles, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Curious about new technologies and excited to find ways to implement them in the day to day
