Role Overview
Build responsive, accessible user interfaces that contribute real-world input to the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on creating scalable React and TypeScript experiences while helping improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable UI components using React and TypeScript.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions.
- Turn complex business requirements into elegant, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
- Promote UI design, code-quality, and performance-optimization practices throughout development.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and mentor peers on front-end engineering standards.
- Identify and resolve UI and UX issues to improve product quality and usability.
- Contribute to technical discussions and team documentation with clear written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience building complex, responsive UI architectures.
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and clear working style.
- Proficiency with Git and agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting distributed or customer-facing teams remotely.
- Knowledge of UI testing frameworks and end-to-end testing practices.
- Exposure to design systems and component-driven development workflows.
Work Terms

Compensation
