UGC Campaign Manager

Organized and content-savvy, the part-time UGC Campaign Manager will manage the creator program for Knowt's education content vertical, overseeing creator onboarding, content quality, and performance tracking in a fully remote, contract position. Key responsibilities Own the execution of the education content vertical, from onboarding creators to tracking performance Manage a roster of student creators by sharing briefs, setting expectations, and providing feedback Review and approve creator submissions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance metrics Required qualifications Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content performance Familiarity with study and education content on social media platforms Experience managing creators or social media programs is preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and submissions Clear communicator capable of providing constructive feedback
