Rainmaker is seeking a Manager, GNC and Test Engineering to lead end-to-end development of our UAS platforms, from requirements definition to first flight and qualification flights. You will model propulsion and environmental performance, select components, and own GNC across rotorcraft and fixed-wing platforms.
You will design and execute flight-test campaigns, write plans and cards, mentor the QA team, and help build out testing processes, with readiness for field deployments including OCONUS.
