Providing compassionate psychiatric care through telehealth, the U.S. Virgin Islands Licensed PMHNP will manage comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans in a full-time or part-time remote position. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans for various mental health conditions Provide patient-centered care while collaborating with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews Utilize evidence-based clinical protocols and technology to deliver reliable telehealth services Required qualifications Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills Experience with electronic health record systems and comfort providing care remotely Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
